Daily, weekly and monthly practices are centered around working through and integrating blocks, identifying and realizing your vision. In each session, intuitive listening is paired with a clear practical action plan that you can start immediately, and continue beyond the program. Every client will have a different journey with a unique curriculum.
Practices we may use together include card readings, guided meditation, visualization journeys, journaling, collage, aligning to current astrology, and energy work.
